Intimate Apparel Policy

Because Shizuku products are intimate pieces worn close to the body, we do not support 7-day no-reason returns or exchanges except when the size is not suitable.

Please review the size measurements on each product page before ordering. If the size does not work for you, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the request.

Special Situations

If there is a special situation, such as a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect order, please email [email protected]. We will discuss the details with you and, when appropriate, arrange a fair refund or replacement solution.
